From humble beginnings to where we are today, our mission remains the same; to provide our customers with name brand and designer products from major retailers at wholesale prices, prices at up to 75% off what would be found in retail stores. In 2002, Jaime and Betty Salazar began purchasing merchandise from major retailers at liquidation prices with the goal of passing on those savings to members of the community. The news spread, friends were made, sales increased, and just like that, the Descuento Corporation was born. With more and more community members wanting to see what Descuento 75% had to offer, Jaime and Betty outgrew their garage and the need for warehouse space and a storefront became apparent. God provided and Descuento 75% found a home, our current location at 915 Gemini Avenue in Duncanville, Texas. And we aren’t done yet. We are constantly exploring opportunities for growth and ways to offer you, our customers, more opportunities to save.

Faith in God, an emphasis on family, and giving back to our community are just a few things at the core of who we are. Our goal is to brighten homes by offering incredible savings on quality, everyday products to members of our community and surrounding area. We are passionate about serving in our community whether it be supporting our local police and fire departments, schools, churches, or through community events. Jaime serves as a board member of the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce, the Duncanville Outreach Center, and is a member of the Duncanville Rotary Club. The Salazars are also leaders in their local church and have been pivotal in the formation of a worship service for the church’s Spanish community.

Descuento 75% exists to serve. We find great joy in the opportunity we’ve been given to provide savings on quality products to members of our community.
